If you don't want my business, just say so.. Called 3 times, leaving a message with a lady twice (not a machine), and was told someone would call with a date they could come look at some doors. Never called to say when, or even if they would come. If you are too busy to help me, that's perfectly fine, but don't make me wait weeks just for a confirmation call and then never call.
They dont appear to really want to be bothered. Had one of our employess visit to check on availabilty of front exterior door. My employess felt like they already bothered their rep by even coming in, and when we called to check another door, that seemed to be too much to ask for at that time as well......Sorry to have bothered your rep, we wont bother her again :)
made a special order and they were very helpful and professional. highly recommend.
