I hired Mcnamara contracting to convert an old single family to 2 family rental property and they did a great job. This was a full gut remodel. Both sides went into the job knowing we were not going to be cutting any corners. All necessary updates were made to maximize return on a long term investment. Tim and his team were great to work with! They stand out as excellent at what they do and are very easy to talk to. We made a few minor changes along the way that they accommodated nicely. They did all that they said and the finished product turned out excellent. We cannot believe the addition is part of our home.
