I hired Mcnamara contracting to convert an old single family to 2 family rental property and they did a great job. This was a full gut remodel. Tim and his team were great to work with! They stand out as excellent at what they do and are very easy to talk to. We made a few minor changes along the way that they accommodated nicely. They did all that they said and the finished product turned out excellent. We cannot believe the addition is part of our home.
We love the addition and deck they built. Tim and his team were reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. We will call on them again for our next project.
