Esteban just serviced us today on a Sunday. I had been informed TODAY by Nicor Home Solutions that my compressor was out and it was only 5 years old. Also, that it was caused by dirt and cottonwood inside the unit even though Nicor was responsible for maintenance. None of the information that Nicor gave me added up so we called McNally's for a 2nd opinion. Esteban came in and promptly assessed and repaired the unit.
