Joe & Steve were very professional. They clearly know their stuff. Their price was good and their work was top notch. They answered all my questions (I had a lot), and then some. Work was done as planned, no surprises. Roof looks amazing. Joe even coordinated with my insulation contractor (I had a few projects going on at once) and fixed an issue on our deck that had nothing to do with our roof because my wife was having an issue with it. Great folks to work with. Definitely recommend, and will refer to my friends.
McNally Roofing did a great job on our property in Roslindale. Handled 3 separate roofing issues in an efficient, professional manner coving street permits with City of Boston. Workmanship was excellent.
Joe McNally came to repair our roof with his assistant and he was simply the best professional I dealt with since we moved to Boston in 2019. He was kind, polite and very respectful of the property and the residents. When they came out to look at the roof they asked to use our ladder. A "professional" roofing company that doesn't bring their own ladders. Never got back to us with an estimate. Tried calling several times. No response.
We used McNally roofing to replace the 25 year old flat rubber roof of our triple decker condo building. We were extremely impressed by the knowledge, communication and workmanship of McNally throughout our experience with them. Six months later, we installed a new vent that had to be vented through our new roof. Steve was able to promptly swing by and oversee the process to ensure that the new vent was properly installed and our new roof would still be protected. I would recommend McNally roofing without hesitation.
