Not having had any experience with any prior plumbers in Bozeman, I sought a referral from a friend who manages hundreds of rental properties - he suggest McNallys for being responsive and efficient. I too am very impressed with Steve's promptness and thoroughness in addressing my needs. He communicates well, was flexible in finding a mutually-convenient time, and completed my task (swapout of valve fitting) very quickly and his charges were very fair. I'd recommend him unequivocally.
Steve is the most skilled and detailed plumber I have hired in the 21 years we've lived in Bozeman. You can't go wrong if you hire him!
Our hot water heater failed in the middle of the first Feb 2025 cold snap. Steve was able to guide me by text on getting the old one shut down safely, and getting the information he needed to purchase its replacement. He then picked up the new one, removed the old one, and installed the new one in less than 4 hours -- including making it earth-quake safe. High-quality and quick service! Had a leaking ceiling that they were able to help fix within a few hours. Will definitely be going back for any future plumbing needs.
Miraculously was able to get a plumber over same day to fix a leaking sink we had been trying to get several plumbers to fix for months. Great service.
