Steve returned our call right away and he was very efficient and fast at replacing our very old hot water heater. We thought his price was very reasonable and he even threw in a great Dad joke. 100% satisfied and will definitely use him again.
Steve the owner is reliable, quick to respond, personal, and is very hard working. He is most definitely the best plumber in Bozeman.
Not having had any experience with any prior plumbers in Bozeman, I sought a referral from a friend who manages hundreds of rental properties - he suggest McNallys for being responsive and efficient. He communicates well, was flexible in finding a mutually-convenient time, and completed my task (swapout of valve fitting) very quickly and his charges were very fair. Our hot water heater failed in the middle of the first Feb 2025 cold snap. Steve was able to guide me by text on getting the old one shut down safely, and getting the information he needed to purchase its replacement. He then picked up the new one, removed the old one, and installed the new one in less than 4 hours -- including making it earth-quake safe.
