NEW REVIEW - 1 STAR (OLD WAS 5 - SCROLL DOWN): I'm actually very disappointed after my last visit. I went in with a problem, described it very clearly and what needed to be done, but either the info was not passed along properly, or they decided to do their own thing. Worst of all, I believe they were either disingenuous or incompetent. Issue: Trunk lid stopped closing using any of the buttons after I did some work on the car, which involved disconnecting the battery.
