First, I can’t say enough positive things about McNally’s especially how professional, courteous and efficient the staff was to get my refrigerator repaired. From the initial phone call to schedule the service to the actual installation of a new ice maker, all phases of the service went smoothly. A big shoutout to the technician “Samuel” that diagnosed the problem right away and had the replacement OEM part on hand to complete the repair job on the same day.
