Great spot to bring your car or any vehicle.. both the mechanic and desk lady were very nice and respectful.. I'll be taking all my cars from now on.. thanks again McNairs.. Good job..
I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. They promised to fix my vehicle but failed to take accountability when the issues persisted. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, they were unresponsive and unprofessional. If you value honesty, clear communication, and basic respect, this is not the place.
I was quoted two different prices within few days by myself had called two days prior and spoke to a woman over the phone who quoted me a price of 130 to bring my car in two days later my wife called just to double check spoke to the mechanic himself and he quoted her 150. And then called back to ask the mechanic why the $20 difference and I received a little bit of an attitude as to it has always seen that price and I don’t know why somebody has told you it is a different price.
