Very bad experience...THP needs to vet their contractors better. The person who answers the phone answers with a lazy hello never addressed the name of the company. I mean what kind of training is needed to answer a phone?? Never phoned me back with a diagnosis. I had to call them nearly 3 weeks later! I understand covid is an issue however phones still work too bad they don't use them or know-how to answer them. No Bueno!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My AC was freezing up the beginning of August. Choice Home Warranty was informed and they called McNair Heating and Air to come out and take a look at the AC unit. Roy, the "technician" said that it needed 4 lbs of freon. He added the freon and cleaned the unit (cost $450). But, after a couple of days, the AC started to freeze up again. We had one person come out and "look" at our AC unit, which reported back to total home protection with false information. Would not answer any calls before the initial appointment, nor contacted us after. Thanks for taking our money for nothing.
