I would definitely have to say my experience with them so far has been bad. Stopped in their office and asked about the possibility of suing someone. They have yet to call me back! 3 weeks and counting!

Martha was hired to settle an estate for my family February 2023 and it has been a long and drawn out aggrevating experience. She did unnecessary legal work for my sick Mother changing a family trust when the original was fine and accomodated all parties concerned. Lied to us concerning asset distribution to beneficiaries. We have been waiting almost three years and have seen no settlement statement and can only assume we have received our inheritance. We will not be using Martha for any future legal work.

We have received contradictory information concerning who gets what. She created a new Trust when the original produced by John Ervin was fine and accomodated all parties concerned. Charged my sick Mother for unnecessary legal work. I do not trust Martha and will not be using her for any future legal work.
Completely unprofessional and lacks basic common courtesy. I have left 7 voice messages and 3 messages with a receptionist asking for a return phone call to deal with a serious family trust issue prior to my grandmother's death. She has since died. Still have not received a return phone call and no one answers. How do people stay in business running a business this way? Highly recommend you call another firm.
