After 5 weeks of dealing with this establishment on a Kuma warranty issue, I really have no choice other than to repair the cracked firebox myself. The stove is only 3 years old and the failed firebox has a lifetime warranty. I was told that a replacement stove was being shipped from the factory, but that never happened. I was told other things as well but really just a lot of foot dragging took place. 5 weeks and still no answers. It’s the middle of winter here and they have handled this poorly. Really glad I found this shop when we were looking to replace our wood stove. Jimmie Mac was super helpful and spent lots of time on the phone with me answering questions to help me pick just the right stove for our home. There was a problem with the installation and Jimmie stood behind the product he sold me and made it right! It's nice to see a business that cares about people and doing the right thing. I walked in and was greeted with a cheerful voice:. "Good morning, how can I help you today"! We both smiled at each other. Very clean and well decorated store. Just finished the remodel and all new Hearth Products, wood, pellet and gas stove displays are fully functional.
