Terrible. Obscene charging practices. Outrageous, unexpected and unexplained costs. Go anywhere other than here if you don’t want to spend thousands of dollars for basic care that can be had anywhere else for far less and receive far better care.
Dr. Gerber is so great. Very kind, informative and takes his time. Highly recommend him for any of your foot and ankle issues.
Had an appt with Dr Lewin today and it was great. He seems very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining my condition so I can understand how to fix it. Spent plenty of time with me. He was also friendly and caring which is a nice surprise these days. I have no doubt he’s going to have me hiking again in no time. I feel lucky to have found this place.
SHADY CHARGING PRACTICES, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND DEFICIENT/NON-EXISTANT FOLLOW THRU!!! I WON'T BE BACK AND WOULD WARN OTHERS NOT TO GO HERE!! The first red flag I should have listened to was their inability to get me basic cost or charge estimate for an office visit. I went ahead with appointment and during appointment asked how much a procedure was and told a price.
