Talked with owner over the phone and made an appointment without any hassle. Where they lose stars is in the service. I was given no estimate or quote and then charged an exorbitant amount after the work was done. It was also extremely hard to pay. The owner told me I could pay over the phone, and then they would put the car keys in an exterior lock box for my convenience.
