Dr. LAYMAN IS A GREAT DOCTOR. HE HAS PERFORMED SEVERAL PROCEDURE ON ME. HIS STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
Dr. Laymon is the BEST doctor/surgeon you could ever ask for! Sure you might sit in the waiting rm for a few extra mins, but rest assure, when hes with you, those extra mins he gives ALL his patients, make you feel important/worthy even... Do not recommend. He had me do a colonoscopy in April which came back clear. When I went back in several months later for a hemorrhoid, he was in the room about one minute before he wanted to just schedule me for a colonoscopy again. I told him I was pregnant, and he said it would be six weeks till I could do a colonoscopy. At this point I was losing 1-2 cups of blood a day. Love Dr.Layman! He was such a good doctor to work for and the staff does and AMAZING job at keeping up with his work pace and patients. Thank you Beth, Stacey, Amanda, Daniel, and Melinda for all that you do!
If the over booking and waiting for hours was not bad enough, the staff is horrendous. The nurses were rude, starky, and have no regard for patient health. Dr. Layman was my doctor and did two surgerys. His nurses are the reason I will never go back. They made fun of me for not having my insurance info correct even though they found it. They put me down til I was crying. Dr layman switched me to his athens office that day because of the treatment from them and I continued my care in Athens with him.
