Exceptional service!! We were visiting Idaho on vacation and one of my daughters had a sharp wire pop out of the bracket, causing severe pain from cutting into her cheek :( Dr. McMinn returned my husband's message, in spite of being out of the country and the Sunday night of a holiday weekend. He was able to get one of his staff members to leave us orthodontic wax outside the office and my daughter was seen first thing in the morning to have the wire trimmed.
