Went for a consultation a couple months back and given an appointment to fix a filling on front tooth. I had to reschedule due to being sick and they were very understanding. Today was the day to finally fix the tooth. Everyone there is very nice and talks to you asking about your day and family. I have severe anxiety and was hoping it wouldnt flare up. I was less than 2 mins late for an appointment AFTER taking a day off from work & they wouldn't see me & wanted to reschedule me lol uummmm NO I don't think so ... I'll take my insurance and money else where
I have been to this practice twice and both were possibly the worst experiences with dentists that I have had. They ignored me when I told them I was not numb and continue to drill and cut into my gums on both occasions. While I can be a little difficult to get fully numb, this is not a normal problem for me and I have never had another dentist ignore me telling them I’m not numb. Love Martina and Dr. Christian-They help me take great care of my teeth. I greatly appreciate their knowledge and attentiveness!! The front is always very patient with me and Tracey in the back with billing is sweet as well. Thank you!
