I’m not even sure where to start. If I could give McMillian 0 stars I absolutely would. I had braces put on when I was 13 years old I am STILL living with messed up teeth now at 20. At 15 I got my braces off for the first time, in the photos taken immediately after I got them off you can clearly see that my bottom teeth were not straight. The office does not take concerns seriously. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else. Not here.

My Daughter is a patient here and the account is of course under my name. She has been trying for weeks to get in touch with someone to make her payments but can not get through at any point via phone. It rings for a long time then disconnects.

Terrible office & unprofessional, under trained staff. Braces that constantly pop off, wires not cut properly consistently tearing my child's mouth open EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Staff is always having inappropriate conversations about personal life & patients. If they paid as much attention to the kids they're working on & less of themselves maybe they'd actually do their job properly.
