This business is a sham and they take advantage of disabled elderly people. My mother has been living at her home and using this company for over 15 years. Her boiler is outdated and they will not replace it. Instead they've added new parts onto it, having it break down or have issues that require $100 or more just to have the same issue. We are cutting them off after this winter. They take advantage of certain customers and it's appalling.
