Huge shoutout to Brittany for refusing to return my call 3 times. What a terrible person to represent a company
Weak. Poor communication and follow through. I sent McMillans a $1,000 deposit. They never followed up so I sought other options. They kept the money and didn't do anything to earn it. Be careful.
During winter of 2023, my deck was damaged by McMillans during snow removal of my driveway. They agreed to fix the damage and told me they would have a contractor there to assess the damage. After numerous phone calls and promises of a contractor calling me to schedule the work it has still not been done as of this review. I have not heard from a contractor or McMillans. 18 months is an unacceptable amount of time for a simple fix.
