My partner and I received a recommendation to consult McMillan Metro for estate planning and the firm handled our requests efficiently and with great care. They recommended we consider medical and financial powers of attorney as well as wills and we completed all of these items with just a few visits and in a consultative way. I recently used Mr. Lawrence J***** as my attorney to assist me with a settlement agreement between myself and another party. Mr. J***** did not ensure that the other party held up to the terms of the settlement agreement, and when I brought my concerns to his attention he basically said that he would no longer work for me. When I asked him if the actions taken would have held up in court he told me no. I do not know why his standards should be any less than that. I would NOT recommend this attorney or his office to anyone.
