Dr. McMillan is a great Periodontist. His hygenist is professional and has excellent patient care. The problem I have was with the receptionist, Joyce. She was rude, argumentative and inappropriate when dealing with changing my schedule. She never apologized either...what ever happened to, 'the customer is always right', NOT!!!
