Many thanks to John R! My 20+ year treadmill motor stopped working last week and I couldn't find any brushes online to correctly replace them. John knew exactly what needed to work with my treadmill and immediately sent out a replacement kit that got the motor working. The motor works great now! Amazing customer service and great company. I reached out to McMillan in regards to a brush kit for my 3hp treadmill motor and they were able to build a kit with the parts I needed and get it shipped to me promptly. The part arrived in just a couple of days and I was able to fix my treadmill! I would recommend them to anyone needing parts or a new motor!
