Called to get a quote. They came and inspected the job. Said they would contact me with a quote. Then never contacted me again. Finally got someone else to do the job. Unprofessional.
Great service, professional staff, wonderful experience. Had carpet installation back in 2021 and just had all the flooring done (Aug. 2024) with luxury vinyl. JOSH the installation tech was awesome! Professional, friendly and experienced. Would not hesitate to use Carpet One again and would request Josh for the install. BRAVO!
