Turn around time on getting my equipment serviced/fixed was fenomenal!
I bought a tractor from them last year. The whole buying experience was like old school dealership haggle. Very dishonest and promising everything under the sun just to sell you the equipment. I asked for the rear tires to get filled and after going back and forth they finally agreed to it. Just to find out few moths later that they were filled with only couple of gallons on each side. I have been dealing with McMichael’s for six years now, after a friend recommended them. They have kept our 12 year old Cub Cadet in great shape, with a few repairs and maintenance. Customer service and service overall has been great. Reasonably priced and they have offered friendly advice on the care and upkeep of our tractor.
