Wayne sold me a tractor with a set of pallet forks. Found out after delivery the pallet forks didn't fit the tractor. He personally came and picked up my pallet forks so that his mechanics could weld them so they could work with my Yanmar tractor, which I agreed to. I called them repeatedly about once a week for a year asking when the pallet forks would be ready and it was one excuse after another, always speaking with Wayne. The worst customer service EVER!! We have purchased several dozen Recreational Vehicles in our life from multiple dealers and this was an absolute nightmare. Our Kandi golf cart started having battery problems from the very beginning, it would barely finish a round of golf and later would die on the course and have to be towed in. At one point the service Dept. kept it for 2 Months!! All they did was play the victim and complain about the Kandi Co. that was NOT OUR PROBLEM! We rented a golf cart from McMichael's for a party we hosted this weekend. We planned to use the cart to transport elderly and handicapped guests from the parking lot a 1/4 mile away. However, it quickly died on us and needed to be jumped 3-4 times over the weekend. (We wouldn't have even been able to play a full round of golf before it died) Most likely the battery was old or the alternator was not working right.
