I just had an inexpensive ring repaired for sentimental reasons. The silver band was broken and the marcasite stones needed to be replaced. When I returned home I noticed some of the stones are coming out and for 141.00 I expected more. Haven't talked to the owner so cannot comment on customer service.
Great owner and she did such a great job of enlarging my rings. Very friendly. Definitely will go back again.
My husband purchased a watch for me as a Christmas gift which was not suitable. When he tried to return it was told by the owner exchange only. She directed him to a notice that is the length of a letter typed in small print posted below his waist level away from point of payment that states exchange only. There should be a sign posted somewhere visible when purchasing items to let the customer know what the policy is, or perhaps on the bill of sale or both.
