I don't usually do this but whoever that older black lady at the front desk is needs to be observed or counseled or something. On multiple occasions she has been incredibly rude to myself and I have watched her be rude to other Marines. They refuse to answer the phone. I have called from the lobby room to confirm this. The only time they answered, they put me on “hold” but actually just put it on speaker while they started to go over PII and HIPPA protected information with a patient.
No one answers the front desk phone or the clinic nurse phone.
