So they have their robot answer, and to start this has nothing to do with staff... So you called the number you get your robot your robot says push one for English you push one for English and your robot says oh you can't push one anymore we don't have that system so again you have to sit there and ask why did you just tell me to push one now they don't have an area phone number anymore they have an 800 or 657 goes to a call center and then you have to wait on hold and then you have to talk to their robot 20 more times until... read more
Doctor Rivas was phenomenal! She was very kind and knowledgeable. It was my first well women exam and my first Pap smear, but she made me feel very comfortable. Thankfully she explained every part of the process as she went and it was pretty painless. I would definitely go back to see her again! The receptionist, Daniella, and the nurse who helped me were both so kind! Great service overall!
