The atmosphere is the best part about this place. And it stays open late. The service is typical of what you've come to expect from a McMennamins. The food is, as well. But overall, it's a great place to hang out, especially if you live close, like I do.
RJ is superb. Extremely personable, patient, out-of-his-way helpful even with specific requests. Best service staff at McMen's so far!
Great little venue. I know it's busy, especially on a Saturday, but the $21 Blue Cheese burger was dry, cold, tasteless, had two scrawny bits of bacon, and looked like it had been sitting around for a WHILE waiting for some sucker to order it. Fries were also cold and meager. Very disappointed Mcmenamins... Been a patron since 1990. This was just awful.
