Ridiculous prices. Won't let you bring in beach chairs, but will rent their own chairs and too bad so sad if they run outta chairs to rent. Let them know I have a back injury from being rear ended in an auto accident and their solution was to shuttle me to an "overflow area" so I could use my chair (which sits lower than the ones they rent). I paid full admission so why the hell would I want to be away from my partner and friends (and the stage) because Edgefield refuses to accommodate people with physical issues?
This venue is overselling beyond capacity. Bathroom lines are probably long, very very crowded. Just too many people and too small of an area will not be returning to anything this venue puts on in the future ever
Incredibly strict about blanket size, bag size, and chairs. Break out the tape measure before you go because they measure every blanket. 1 inch too long and they won't allow it. Ignore the pictures and videos you see, even those on their website - those were apparently taken before policy changes. They also don't allow any legs on chairs and if you think that's because they want to make sure everyone can see ... nope. They just want to force you to rent chairs (with legs) from them.
