McMeel took over the insurance agency I had been with for quite a few years. When that happens, one is always a bit concerned. As it turns out, there was no need. In fact, it was an upgrade! Really liked the way you presented me with all my options - the different deductibles, etc., and let me decide what worked best for me. McMeel is an example of that old adage, "Big enough to serve you, small enough to care." Highly recommended.

Mike is down to earth, knows insurance, and when he can't answer a question immediately, he researches and gets back to me quickly. When searching for insurance, I look first for a competitive price with a reputable company, making sure I'm comparing apples to apples. After that, I look for an agent with whom I have a rapport and trust. Pricing isn't something he can control, but Mike hits the 2nd aspect spot on! In this case, his pricing was very competitive, so I have my ideal insurance situation.
