I trusted this place for years, but lately they have tanked in a big way. In the last year, I've had garments not ready by the time promised, not cleaned adequately...I even had a pair of pants returned to me that had obviously not been cleaned (still stained and wrinkled). I finally had to take my business to another cleaner several blocks away. This would be a zero star review if possible -- avoid this place like the plague.

GOOD GONE BAD! – I just moved the neighborhood and used MCMB Cleaners a few times - twice for drycleaning and once for tailoring. They were supposed to pick up and drop off my clothes at my apartment with the doorman. The first time was only slightly uneventful - they came - took my clothes - cleaned them- but then forgot to drop them off. I had to call several times and then they finally delivered.
