Took order for rare medicine that only they make….call back next day claiming they were unable to procure glass bottle supplier but promised we were first in liine and would call when our order ready….7 MONTHS later never got any phone call—-called ourselves for updates treated like annoyance. That combined with lousy parking=!don’t go here unless no other options.

This is a frustrating and disorganized pharmacy. Twice I received a call saying my prescription was ready, went in to have them tell me it’s not and to come back another day. Today I ended up waiting 1 hour+ even though they said it was ready, they couldn’t find it. I parked in the 15 minute parking only to be charged for parking since they took so long. Additionally, the pharmacy accidentally charged me when they shouldn’t have. Now I have to wait for a refund. However, they are always kind and respectful people.
