The receptionists are cranky and seem annoyed by you being there and when answering the phone. You’d think people who are tasked with handling kids and the stressed out parents of unwell children would be friendly, helpful and understanding. The dr who saw us was nice however we were told to followup with our GP at the 5 week mark for my sons fractured arm, only to be told by his GP that this is not something they can do and that mac is notoriously bad for doing this and not sending any records of visits to the GPs. My daughter went there because she had Diarrhea and she's 9 and they gave her,her first IV and we had to stay in the hospital until like 5am or 3am or 1am somewhere that time
If you are looking for amazing staff and a nice Hosptial for kids, This is for you! The staff are so nice They handled my sister so well, Super kind very professional They deserve a raise!
