Blatant Malpractice and Severe Lack of Accountability I closed on my property in July 2017. There was a clear lack of due diligence with my closing - including the parcel number (which was the wrong number to begin with) in the purchase and sale agreement had a digit missing. If appropriate due diligence was done, the attorneys would have found that the parcel does not match legal description.
