My son is in the military and out of country until late this year, but he had his heart set on a home in Hinesville, his realtor recommended we use McManamy Jackson Hollis to close. The experience was seamless, they provided the POA so that I could sign for him, they made sure that all of our paperwork was in order. We sold our home. We went in two weeks early to sign and met with Thomas Hollis. He was fantastic. Very straightforward and clear. The closing date was also moved up. We've bought and sold a lot of homes but never been in either of those situations so we had a lot of questions at the tail end. We communicated closer to the closing with Jenn Bouton who was ok but a little too passive aggressive and condescending for us. Lots of "Like I said" and "As I said before" comments.
