Good place to hangout with the kids, programs are not all inclusive for all ages so they will turn you away if you have older kids etc which is not easy if you have multiple kids. One would expect them to be supportive for family matters but they are not and some staff are not trust worthy and can be rude so it's not always a welcoming environment outside of shallow interaction.
