You will not get customers service anywher else like McMahon's! Its a small mom n pop shop Harley and Honda dealer and they treat you.like an old friend.
I dropped my bike off after catching a nail or screw on the turnpike. They had me back on the road within an hour and a half while having just showed up. While waiting the women inside offered me to stay in the air conditioned office and also offered to grab me a bite to eat knowing I was on foot and had some luggage I took off the bike. I thought the bill would be something crazy and expected it to be for such a rush service. However it was way cheaper than expected. Stopped by right at 8:30 am on a Wednesday morning to grab chips on my way through the area and was met by the most wonderful lady. She helped me sign up for the Harley Rewards app and was just a delight. Very welcoming place.
Picked up the new iron horse. sales team was great. I love the smaller shops. Seems more personal.
