Parts department great service department, not on my list
I encountered very poor, rude customer service from a short, heavyset 🤓 man with glasses. When I asked if they had the traction valve, he was on his phone and didn’t even care. I showed him a picture, but he told me they didn’t have it—without even checking my VIN. Then I asked if they had the parts in Columbus; he said yes, but when I requested the part number, he refused to give it. Natalie was very pleasant and professional. They took my truck the same day and fixed it. The mechanic explained to my driver what he had done to the truck. Natalie also helped me with the cost of the repair. Very good experience and many thanks from PLS
