Volvo Parts came through for us in a big way! We had misplaced our invoice after purchasing batteries, and due to my brother Kamal dealing with sciatica, we couldn’t pick them up on time. I encountered very poor, rude customer service from a short, heavyset 🤓 man with glasses. When I asked if they had the traction valve, he was on his phone and didn’t even care. I showed him a picture, but he told me they didn’t have it—without even checking my VIN. Then I asked if they had the parts in Columbus; he said yes, but when I requested the part number, he refused to give it.
