Very accommodating, friendly, and clean.
Recently 85-year-old grandmother released after being admitted post fall and stroke. Minimal improvement noticed after approximately 2 and 1/2 weeks admission, rehabilitation only actually performed approximately 30 minutes daily. Brought back to room and left in bed majority of time. Grandma was clearly unbathed and ungroomed for a week. LPN desk staff will ignore call lights and send CNA to intervene while pain is ignored and meds withheld for extended time.
