I couldn’t thank enough this company and furthermore the people behind it. My house was damaged by hail and they process the claim and worked with my home owners insurance. Since it’s not easy to work with the insurance company, McMahon was very patience with them and they are on my side to get the claim approved. Once we got the approval, they started replacing my roof and they also got my sidings approved! They worked out pricing for me to get additional things done to bring my house to life! Had a great experience meeting and talking with Hunter. Learned that McMahon Services not only handles fire and water restorations and mold remediation but they also handle many general construction projects as well. Communication and follow up is fantastic.
I would caution anyone to get multiple quotes and go through their insurance company before using this company. We used them in an emergency and I will admit they were very quick to clean up the flood however - their quote was a few thousand dollars more than what our insurance is going to cover because a lot of the work they did was "not necessary" in my insurance eyes. McMahon services was absolutely fantastic to work with on a biohazard cleanup job. They traveled about 50 miles for the project. The entire team was extremely professional, they communicated well, kept me updated and explained all the work that needed to be completed. The work was completed in a timely manner and the whole process was completely transparent and went smoothly from beginning to end.
