Great people and great communication. We have had the pleasure to work with Hunter and she is an incredible resource and extremely knowledgeable. Hoping the unexpected never happens but feel at ease knowing McMahon Services is in my phone if an emergency arises.
We used McMahon to fix storm damage to our roof and home. We couple not be more pleased with the customer service as well as with the outstanding job they did. They were thorough, patient with us and explained everything clearly, as well as cleaning up after themselves and being very responsive to questions & Concerns. We would heartily recommend them to anyone in need of housing repairs!
Our sewer pipe broke in the crawl space. From the first phone call to the end of the clean up / repair McMahon's staff was amazing. Rosa talked us off the ledge and walked us through the process. Craig came out right away and had an estimate within hours. He worked with our insurance company to complete repairs. The repair crew were prompt, professional and communicated every step of the way. They made a stressful situation manageable. We highly recommend them.
