I hired Mrs Russell based on her reputation, however she never once showed up to represent me. Instead she sent her partner who was always late, unprepared and even worse, despite paying $300/hour, I was not given the courtesy of being told Mrs Russell was sending a replacement, however opposing counsel was. I was even misinformed by the replacement McMahon multiple times and was billed for the time Mrs Russell spent clarifying the misinformation I was given by her partner.
