I went there for cataract surgery, and all the staff were friendly and the doctor explained
Called to follow-up on the status of a referral and the receptionist was unprofessional, insensitive and rude. She erroneously stated that they have no time for patients seeking a second opinion.
All the staff were professional. The doctor himself was not a man of many words, but did explain procedures as he performed them. All in all a good experience!!
