Extremely disappointing experience, and one I would not recommend. The handling of our dogs’ care and the communication surrounding it has left us seriously concerned. We repeatedly requested veterinary records and clarification regarding their treatment and pathology, and have had to repeatedly chase information and question inconsistencies in the documentation and explanations provided.
