This is the greatest place. I will forever boast about Dayton Estates! If you are just starting out or need a clean and comfortable place, look no further. You get the attention you deserve at all times. I could run through a list of situations to give grand and wonderful details about living here... Simply put, I will miss living there.
It's a great place to start, not a great place to live. Every other neighbor be it man or woman is aggressive on-site with strangers, visiting or a resident. It seems that certain homes do not have to follow the pet rules vs others. While having no standards as far as communication clarity, and management being considerate for residence.
