Just a place to stay it is pretty nice.
Dayton Estates sold a trailer to me 4 years ago that they didn’t even own. It has over $3,500 in BACK taxes & still in another individuals name OTHER than mine. I’ve had to pay to obtain a lawyer & per our conversation I have a lawsuit and a damn good one. They will owe me cost of trailer + all time + money I’ve put into what I thought was my home + all the years of lot fee including electricity & water. This is the greatest place. I will forever boast about Dayton Estates! If you are just starting out or need a clean and comfortable place, look no further. You get the attention you deserve at all times. I could run through a list of situations to give grand and wonderful details about living here... Simply put, I will miss living there.
