RecommendedMy son and his room mate have lived at Westgate Apartments for 2 years and have been very happy. The apartments vary in condition but they had one with new floors and newer appliances. It was large and good value and a great location for kids who go to Southern Miss. The grounds, buildings and pool were kept in good condition and we always found the staff to be very polite and helpful. Maintenance requests were usually dealt with quickly. My son just moved back home but I would recommend McMahan Realty.

I called Westgate apartments my home for a couple of years while I went to school and worked in Hattiesburg! The apartment was well kept, clean, affordable and the location was top notch! I always felt safe with the well lit parking close to my door!

I lived in an apartment at Westgate for many years as I attended USM. The proximity to USM is amazing. I give McMahan Realty 5 Stars!
Teena was the best thing going for this place, since she has left I have not felt welcome in the complex nor at the office. There is no compassion what-so-ever with these people since the one nice office worker has left. I have been a faithful tenant for over three years and I refuse to allow any of my friends to waste money on this place of business.
