Don't bring anything here. Took my white button down out of their plastic wrap ready for a wedding, falsely assuming they did a normal dry cleaning job, and yellow splatters were all over it, not from me. They told me I had a 48 hour window to complain. Instead of righting an oopsie and making a customer feel taken care of, they told me to get lost. I was ready to hand them a tux to clean for $20. Show up in the middle of a weekday and closed with no explanation.
They are literally never open during posted business hours. They had a be back in 3 minutes sign posted for days. I finally got a hold of the owner (in person) and he said yeah sometimes they just aren’t open during normal Business hours with no explanation. He was pretty curt and matter of fact. Cleaning is meh and they are sporadically open which means it’s nearly impossible for me to pick up my items.
The straight dry cleaning was good but for stain removal, they did properly treat the stains which were all still present at pick up and they didn’t say anything. For the repair & moving of a clasp - they forgot to do the requested repair and they took off the button and moved the clasp too far in over the button. I’m not sure who does that - I have to take my items somewhere else immediately for cleaning, removing the work done, adding a new button and finishing up the forgotten work. Will not be coming back
