Office never gets back to you even if you leave a message. Been trying to contact someone in that office for about 3 weeks reguarding some very important paperwork and still nothing. Worst customer service ever
The background behind this factory is so sad. People who has been working here for years still earn minimum wage while the company be getting tons of profit. Of course because some don’t speak English doesn’t mean you guys can take advantage of them. There needs to be a change about this.
