I purchased two brand new Royal Enfield Motorcycles approximately 6 months ago. I found the staff to be apathetic and very unhelpful. I also went in to buy a new battery for my iron barrel Royal Enfield 500, but when I asked Dan at the counter he didn't want to know and basically said he didn't know what kind it needed and just turned his back on me.
