Unethical and no idea how to treat people. We offered and were accepted on one of Mechelle's properties . We paid the deposit by EFT the same day and pre paid pest and building. After 4 days she sends us an email saying she has a better offer and would we like to match it! I know until we exchange this is legal. However, only an unethical agent would do this once a deposit has been paid in good faith. Stay clear of this agent! I don't recommend her for doing the right thing for potential buyers.
