Excellent honest & professional service .
Well I would never use this " vw specialist " as they hit me for a bill 0f £2200 for valve replacement without doing a proper diagnostic through the vag/com , luckily I took it to a garage that knows what there doing , immobiliser had kicked in and ecu was gone , nothing to do with valves !! Avoid this place like the plague
Used these guys to service my Passat Alltrack a few years ago, which was fine, but that was just an oil change service . Sent my mother’s mk7 Golf there recently because of condensation issues and when we contacted them, specifically requested to leave it with them until it was diagnosed and fixed to avoid going back and forth and dealing with logistics given the hour round trip. With that in mind it wasn’t squeezed in, but booked many weeks ahead on the basis they’d have built in sufficient time to the work diary to look at... read more
